Account deletion
Delete your PostureMaxx account.
The fastest way to delete your account is inside the PostureMaxx app: open Settings, go to Account, then tap Delete account.
If you cannot access the app, email support@posturemaxx.io from the email address associated with your PostureMaxx account and ask us to delete your account and synced app data.
Deleting your PostureMaxx account removes synced sessions, assessments, preferences, progress data, account records, and authentication links from our server. It does not cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or Google; use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to cancel or manage billing.
We may retain limited records if required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
